Don't pick people just because you know someone that knows them. Unfortunately that's not how it works in today's society. Lesson learnt on my end and with trust.I trusted a realtor with this team and also trusted the inspector he referred. 10 months later in my home having major sewer and water issues. Also issues from the previous homeowners doing work themselves. None of this listed on inspection report when it should have been found if inspection was thorough.
