Great! They were extremely courteous throughout our stay. I asked several questions both before my arrival and during the visit, and they were always very helpful and responsive. A special thank-you goes to Hector Matias at the reception, who truly made us feel at home.
More affordable than most; staff VERY friendly and helpful; apartment hotel
Extremely difficult to get a hold of. Website shown 24/7 front desk but has never picked up a call in the 6-7 times we tried. Even Wyndham people does not seem to be able to reach them and was confused, 3 separate times. Cancelled a reservation in the free refund period, but never received the refund after 3 weeks. Even the customer rep at Wyndham suggested us to dispute directly with the card issuer. 0/10 no customer service at all.
We stayed in Unit 25A at The Beekman Tower, and it was hands down the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had — especially traveling with a 14-month-old. First, the photos online are completely misleading. The carpets were filthy, the furniture felt old and worn down, and overall the unit looked nothing like what was advertised. The bed was uncomfortable, loud, and felt decades past its prime, and a lot of the outlets didn’t even work. But the real nightmare is the noise.
