Accueil au top , emplacement parfait (calme) , une vue incroyable ! Seul bémol : pas de service hôtelier ! Cela nous a supris. Pas de menage pendant la semaine, pas de réapprovisionnement des consommables .
We stayed here for a week in July. This place is a great find. The location was quiet yet walkable to enough cafes and restaurants nearby. Friendly, helpful front desk staff provide laundry detergent, towels, etc. with a smile. Free machine available in lobby for coffee, cappuccino and latte drinks. Apartment was spacious, immaculate, and recently renovated stocked with good quality linens and towels. Bed was super comfortable. Laundry machines available for free use in the basement. Couldn't ask for a better stay!
Hôtel réservé pour 5 personnes il y a 4 mois. Nous devions arriver le 5 juillet et le 3 en fin d'après-midi, nous avons reçu un message via Booking disant que notre réservation était annulée sans aucune justification! Nous avons dû trouver un autre logement en dernière minute. En retournant sur le site, nous avons constaté qu'il restait encore des chambres presqu'au double du prix!!! Je remarque que ce n'est pas la première fois que cela arrive... A fuir donc, établissement sans aucun professionnalisme!
Commentaire à froid. Établissement peu scrupuleux. Nous avons fait une réservation pour 3 personnes dont un bébé en avril. Arrivés sur place, après plus de 15 heures dans les transports + décalage horaire, la personne de l'accueil nous indique que "Booking a annulé notre réservation". Après moults négociations, nous comprenons que cette personne nous fait tourner en rond et que nous n'obtiendrons rien de sa part. The rooms have a very poor use of space - the amount of space is good for NYC but wasted. The bathroom is so small you have to step and close and the door to use the sink. The staff seem nice enoug. Money was spent to renovate the lobby but the elevators and hallways are awful. The rooms are a mix - the wellness rooms are the least bad. But, it is not good.
