The moment I first arrived in the USA after JFK airport. Thanks to Henry and other guy... This place is wonderful.
I stayed in a one bedroom apartment and it was perfect. Loved the location, the apartment was huge, comfortable, and very functional. This was a mixed purpose trip with work and events - I felt like I lived there, not like I was in a hotel at all. All of the staff were kind and helpful. I've already recommended it to a friend and I would definitely stay here again.
I don’t know where to begin. My stay was awesome until there was a gas leak/ spill that made my room smell gasoline soaked. It made me nauseous and lightheaded. I was told by the staff, they also had to deal with it. Crack a window. The window that was a screwed shut. OK?? I left without knowing if I’d be refunded the nights I couldn’t stay. I contacted Expedia, my travel insurance, I called 311. The Fire Department was there. They absolutely should’ve allowed me to cancel my remaining nights. Do not stay here
