Marino came out within two hours of calling, and dealt with the problem. He explained the process, which i appreciated. Would definitely use them again, although I hope I don't have to. Also, the 90 day warranty is appreciated.
Excellent service, very professional!! So grateful James T. removed the hive for us- he was very respectful making sure that even our neighbors pets were safe. Very quick and thorough! He even educated us on what was happenning with the hive and how it got there with pictures, and took preventive measures for the future. Referring all my friends here from now on.
James T did a superb job. He was courteous,efficient, knowledgeable. He was able to relocate the swarm! We are extremely happy and satisfied.
On June 2 we needed a swarm of bees removed right now. The painters were working on our house and the swarm of bees had the project stopped. I called right before noon. Carlos Maldonado was here at one o'clock. By 1:30 he had killed the bees and taken 25 pounds of honey out of our irrigation valve box.. The whole episode could not have been better. Thank you Carlos M!! He did an amazing job removing the bees from a block wall on my patio. He provided quick, excellent service with a smile! All while being attacked & taking a few stingers to the knees! This is my second service through The Beekeeper & they are very friendly, always answer the phone & come out fast for an emergency.
Highly recommend The Beekeeper! Nick was here within an hour of my calling. Saw 40-60 bees going under the stucco at the base of the house. He drilled a few holes, checked for honey, there was none. He sprayed into the holes and sealed them tight. Nick was very well informed on bee behavior and very professional.
Called The Beekeeper after 5:00pm today and they were here by 6:00! Russ W (RW16) was excellent and did a great job. I will definitely call them again if needed.
