Very pleased with their service and recommend using them! I found a hive of bees on our roof. I wanted them to be removed humanely and after a lot of research narrowed it down to a few companies. We got a call from our neighbors that we had a swarm of bees on the side of our home. As soon as we saw how big it was, we were panicking and started to call a bunch of companies to see if they could come today to remove the bees. Unfortunately, due to the holiday many of them were telling us we had to wait until Monday, which did not sit well with us. ** RAY is the MAN! ** PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS & FAST RESPONSE & REASONABLE PRICE. Tue, 03/25/2025 @ 2:20pm a bee swarm was reported at the customer entrance of Professional Towing and Recovery LLC in Guadalupe. At 2:43pm they arrived onscene. The beehive was in the water meter supply box in the ground, and the hive was massive. The Beehive crew was able to quickly remove the hive and relocate it and bees elsewhere. They showed up as scheduled and took care of my problem. However, I did not appreciate being asked how much it cost to build a home like mine. Totally unprofessional. I should have told him to leave then, but I wanted the bees removed more. I just will not call them back.
We suspected bee's yesterday when we saw them swarming outside the side of our home and I called Beehive late in the day and Ray came out the next day, this morning. Thankfully they have high tech equipment, a camera they used to see inside and know what the problem was and where it was before tearing the roof apart. He was able to locate the exact location of the honeycomb and hive and extract it extremely quick. Javier is coming next to insulate and rematch.
