First off the food was amazing! Fresh ingredients and the pretzel is to die for but...the overall service was horrible from the moment we we walked in the door at the host station to hunting down a pen to sign our credit card slips. The staff was clueless. No menus, forgot drinks, forgot silverware, the waitress was completely unprofessional for the atmosphere, we basically had to ask for everything including our checks and then had to hunt down someone for change and to run our credit cards.
