We have 4 locations in the area. Our Kodak store is located next to the Bass Pro Shop - take Exit 407 off US 40. Our Sevierville store is on the parkway located in the Tanger Outlet Mall next to the Ben & Jerry’s. A little further down is our Pigeon Forge store on the Island property. Our Gatlinburg store is located at 636 Parkway next to the Village mall.

Samples are way more tender than actual Jerky.
Really hate to do this at a one star as I know Joe Shumckatelling at the store just sells the packaging. Well when I buy a black pepper $35.00 bag I expect black pepper not another flavor. From now on I guess I will open bag in store so I can try it before purchasing it. No samples not that they would have helped much but then again if Joe had opened it and tried it he might have. Very sad I didn’t get satisfaction. Was better than Jerky from another store.
This location had a lot of jerky and a lot of different kinds. It’s pretty overpriced and definitely lacking in samples really thought it was gonna be like moonshine tasting because it said the jerky experience again very disappointing. Thought we were going to be able to do a tasting so we could pick up some jerky The staff was not very helpful. Nobody acknowledged us when we walked in. Whoa, those prices!! Anyway, the service was ok, but you could tell the guy that waited on us didn't want to be there. The selection and variety were phenomenal, and the dogs loved their chew sticks, so I guess that's a win.
