Michelle originally returned my call and helped me to identify the affected areas of the house. She took her time with me and was very accommodating, allowing me to to walk around the house (while on the phone), told me what to look for, and scheduled my appointment for the same day. If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. The Bee Guy LLC is an honest and reliable family owned business. Their work is of the highest quality and they guarantee their work. Dennis, *****, the staff, and the techs are friendly and people orientated and take the time to answer any questions you have. They are absolutely wonderful!!!! I've used them for years and have never been disappointed. WOW! From my initial call till problem solved took only one hour! After a few quick pictures back to Wendy who verified which bees were my problem, she contacted technician Jonathan who was already in the area. He was professional, knew how to evaluate the situation, answered all my questions, went right to work, answered more of my questions, and gave me a confident resolution. I couldn't be happier! Absolutely fantastic company, from when I called to the time they were here was under an hour, they took care of the hornet nest and explained to me the type of hornet and not to go near the nest for 24 hours, then do not remove the nest for 10 days. They also explained that they have a maintenance program in the spring of the year which we definitely will do as my husband is extremely allergic to wasp stings, I recommended them to everyone that I know. I had the person from the company out last week. He checked my whole house to make sure all nests were dealt with. They gave me follow up care and what was being done to fix the issue. I will have them back if I need them.
