Had a great experience with David! We walked in not sure where to start. Even though we have definitely owned mattress' in the past. Haha! He guided us through the process. Taking us to a bed with technology to figure out what our specific needs were. He took it from there allowing us to choose what we wanted. We had a a great experience!
Luis was a perfect salesman! He was friendly and very helpful, but not pushy or pressuring at all. I hate being stalked while I browse, and he gave me space, but was right there to answer questions. I am absolutely pleased with my experience at BedMart Outlet. We were in the market for two new mattresses, and found exactly what we hoped for. The sales associate, Michael, gave us space to make our own decision while also being there to help with any questions we had. Wonderful customer service! The delivery experience was just as great! It was professional, quick, and the team even recycled our old bed and mattress for us. Overall, I highly recommend this outlet.
