Hair by Chelsea, I absolutely love her! I am 6 months new to Somerset, Kentucky and feel fortunate to have found Chelsea. She is always on time, provides great services, and I walk out feeling beautiful every 5 weeks. What girl doesn’t like a good boost to her confidence every now and then? If you need a new color and or style, Chelsea is your girl, I know she will be my stylist as long as I have hair to style.
