I went to get hair extensions, was told the guy doing my hair was excellent and had years of experience. The extensions were color matched and ordered, more expensive here than other places I had called but since the guy was supposedly an expert I didn't mind paying more for them or the service. The people working at the salon are very rude, never talk to you only each other.
