Ja’Vonna was awesome and I love my cut! She was friendly and listened to what I wanted and it’s perfect. Will definitely be booking additional services and my next cut!
I work 12 hour night shifts. Set my alarm in the middle of the day for my appointment. Looking forward to a hydro- facial. Not what I was expecting. Dark hallway upstairs. No one around but a camera outside the door. Sat on the steps waiting. I call.. no answer. Wasted time and energy. Left extremely annoyed. Never got a call the entire day or following day.
