Hi, I scheduled an appointment here a few months ago for 7pm and when I arrived 5 min early the door was locked and no one was inside. Your hours on google didn’t match the hours on the website at the time so I thought it was a mistake and ended up leaving. I did call and the phone number goes straight to an automated message so I thought you were for sure closed. I had a deep conditioning and wash-and-go with KY today. What a lovely experience! My hair looked great at the end. But I particularly appreciated her attention to detail, and how she educated me about my haircare in a very non-judgmental and informational manner. I was also not in a very chatty mood, which she respected. It was just a relaxing time where I felt cared for and beautified. Definitely recommend her!
