Had the best experience with Ky she is so sweet and attentive and made me feel so comfortable and accommodated me as a hijabi. She brought the vision I was going for to life and my color really popped out like I wanted. I’ve never had my highlights look this good before. Will definitely be booking with her in the future.
I have a lot of respect for the ladies who work here and the work they do, i’ve always had good experiences each time, but unfortunately, my last hair dye has left my curly hair extremely brittle and it has been breaking off. I know they recently switched their dyes so this is just some constructive feedback. My roots were also extremely extremely dark this time around and I didn’t notice until I got home. I love The Beauty Lounge! It has a casual yet professional vibe, and every person working there clearly focuses on creating a comfortable, welcoming experience. The space itself is open- basically one big room- which could easily feel chaotic in some salons, but here, it just feels friendly and connected. Shelaya did an amazing job on my elevated French manicure! She was thorough, quick, and absolutely nailed the design with very little direction on my part. The Beauty Lounge will be my Twin Cities nail spot from now on 💯.
Will not go anywhere else for my hair care needs!! I discovered this salon 5 years ago and am so happy I did. Ericka, Natalie, and Melissa have all provided wonderful service but am confident that all stylists can provide me with amazing service. They are knowledgeable and take the time to explain what they are doing to style my hair and how I can continue to care for it. Great product recommendations as well.
