The owner is incredibly lovely and professional, her space is clean and well managed. I have been getting my eyebrows laminated for years. This was my first time seeing Anna, I was hesitant at first because I don't often trust new people with my eyebrows, but based off a good recommendation I decided to give it a try. And I am very glad I did. She did an incredible job. I love them! Thank you!
First experience was great but when I booked again she didn’t show up and gave me another appointment but set it for the wrong day and never texted me back. They also never refunded me my deposit back for a mistake that THEY made. The handling of that situation was extremely unprofessional so I wouldn’t recommend getting beauty services done here.
Never again our people are the worst people to work with, I book online with the owner for Saturday she cancelled the appointment and ask me to call her she states that she had something came up and she can’t do it, so she go on to say she can do my eyebrows Wednesday and I told her I don’t get off until 4:30 from the she say that’s fine just come soon you leave ok I’m on Briarwood she text me the door open come on in when you get here ok, pull in she text me back in the parking lot Your time has expired I’m sorry, so I’m ca... read more
I have been trying since February to get the service that was promised to me only to find out this individual has blocked me. You will reap what you sow. I pray that you mend your ways because such actions can turn very ugly if keep doing things like this to people. (NO STAR)
