Absolutely unprofessional on every level. Very difficult to even secure an appointment or product in a timely manner. I had a horrible experience with the owner. I did everything as a client responsibility to make the appointment procedure as well as the interactions with her go smooth. She was so very rude and disconcerting as to her behavior regarding the appointment. The hair cutter Rebecca is the most unprofessional person. She cancels appointment last minute and she is rude and ignorant. Not sure why she can run this business properly. I feel sorry for anyone going there. She deserves no stars!! Horrible services!!

Please confirm if this your number here is still working, I have been calling to book an appointment for the past 5days,no answer. Also, do I just walk in, I don't want to waste my time coming all the way, and you tell me, I don't have any appointment. Had an appointment for teeth whitening on Sat at 10AM. Showed up at 5 mins to 10. One of the girls came to the front, asked me who I was waiting for, said that she would be in soon. I waited about 10 mins, so 5 after 10...the girl came back to get her Client, and said she would try to message the other girl. I waited until 25 after 10, and no one showed up. I understand that things come up, but no phone call, no text, no email, nothing. Really disappointed and would not recommend.
