Had an appointment, I walked in, nail techs looked up and saw me come in but no one said a word to me. I sat there for 30 mins. Still no word from anyone. I just left. Bad business, and a waste of my time.
This was my first time going. Took my daughter for her birthday. Staff was SO friendly, we had amazing manicures and a very relaxed and great experience. Highly recommend! Will definitely be back!
I reached out to them via text (offered on the website) to see if they would be able to squeeze me in today for a pedicure. The experience start to finish was wonderful! There was great communication every step of the way. Lynn was my nail tech and she did an AMAZING job. She had a wonderful personality, great customer service, and skilled at her craft. I will be returning to this location frequently! Also to add… they were very CLEAN!!!!
