Courtney is very rude. We had a large party get permanent jewelry and 3 people lost the "permanent" jewelry the same night while walking around the fair. She blamed the "group" for the lost jewelry and refused to replace it after paying $90 plus tip. She immediately got very defensive and said she not willing to discuss the conduct of the group even though they were just asking for a replacement or discount on new jewelry. I can't help but wonder if it's because we are indigenous and black people. She was not kind at all.
Bethany did an amazing job on my hair! She was incredibly kind and easy to talk to, also.
