My experience with Noire Li Beauty was nothing short of excellence. First and foremost, she is professional and extremely knowlegeable of haircare. W When I first met with her, my hair was badly damaged from a previous coloring by a different stylist. Because I was not able to maintain my hair properly during COVID it was badly damaged.
