The studio is amazing! The staff are kind and sweet. I love my Russian manicure/pedicure. The owner Paula is so professional and knowledgeable. I will forever be a customer.
Karla was absolutely amazing! 😍 She was so patient, attentive, and took her time to make sure my nails came out perfect. I truly appreciate her attention to detail! I’ll definitely be coming back. I had an amazing experience! My sister and I came in for our birthday nails, and Karla was so sweet, patient, and attentive throughout the entire appointment. She took her time with my set and paid great attention to detail, especially when finding a color that complemented my skin tone. Honestly, this was the worst Russian manicure I’ve ever received. It was very expensive, but it wasn’t giving a $100 manicure. I left with air bubbles and chips already visible, and the manicure lasted only about 7 days before getting worse. I sent photos immediately and was offered only a 50% refund. After explaining that I felt a full refund was warranted, I never heard back. Very disappointed with both the service and customer service.
I had such an amazing experience at The Beauty Charm! 💕 I was able to call on a Monday and get a same-day appointment, which was already such a plus. I had the pleasure of having my manicure and pedicure done by Erica (I hope I got her name right!), and she was absolutely wonderful. She was so sweet, patient, and did such a beautiful job on both my nails and feet. The customer service was amazing from start to finish.
