I had an awful experience at this lash and laser spa. The customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful from the start. They acted like they were doing me a favor by even acknowledging my appointment. After the laser hair removal, I ended up with a painful rash that lasted for days — clearly a sign of poor technique or unsanitary equipment. Deedra does all my laser hair removal and teeth whitening. The space is so cute and very clean. She makes you feel so comfortable and the procedures are painless. The results speak for themselves!!

Dee is so kind and works empathetically with your schedule and for example one time we both got stuck in brutal traffic and she beat me to the salon and was so kind in waiting for me and allowing me to still attend an appointment. Thankful for her understanding heart! Also lasering is the best thing I could have started for myself!
