I have not had a good experience with Nikki. Response: No, I have not had a good experience with you which is my truth. You should see my first appointment confirmation on your record along with my second appointment with you being cancelled “by me” because I saw your behavior and did not return. *I referred you elsewhere. Which is the most professional thing to do when you see that a client isn’t a good fit.
I have been going to Nikki for the past 5 years and she has always been very consistent, pleasant, welcoming, and professional. Nikki, not only works with you when it comes to canceling appointment’s; being a parent emergencies arise and she is always understanding and willing to reschedule to keep her clients satisfied. She responds back in a timely manner. In addition, my lashes always look natural. I can’t count the number of compliments. My facials experience are always relaxing and the results always speak for itself.
