Service was not rendered. When I arrived, there was no public parking available - only private/permit spots with a $2500 towing fine. I spent 20 minutes searching for a spot to park and called the salon 3 times, leaving messages. No one answered or called back. I’ve been really disappointed with my experiences here. Every time I came in for lashes, the person doing them would walk away multiple times(x5 times one visit and x3 another) during my appointment, which made me question cleanliness and professionalism. I was never fully satisfied with the way my lashes turned out. When I had to switched to another technician (just because of scheduling), they didn’t even ask how my lashes had been done before or what I wanted—they just went ahead, and the results didn’t match at all.
My hair looks amazing I love it!!! Affordable, friendly and flexible!! Thank you ladies !!
