I booked my appointment through StyleSeat, received a confirmation. Latonia, the stylist, never showed up! When I called, she insisted I “didn’t have an appointment” despite the confirmation in my hand, and her attitude was instantly rude and dismissive. She hung up on me rather than take responsibility. The best stylist ever
Lovely atmosphere. Ms. Latonia (owner) is an excellent stylist and the best in the Charleston area. She is a hair care expert and loves to take care of the health of your hair! I highly recommend her protein and any of her treatments! 😊
