I mean, the services are fine and whatever, but they screwed up their booking/bookkeeping and I keep getting emails saying that I booked appointments that I know nothing about and definitely never booked.

I had a dermaplane facial and eyebrow wax with Lily and she did an exceptional job. It was very professional, very relaxing, and my skin felt amazing afterwards. Definitely one of the better facial experiences I've had before.

Went in for an eyebrow and lipwax. She didn’t clean up the long hairs of my eyebrows or even them out. She just waxed the bottom part and missed a ton of hair even there. She waxed my lip and there is still hair. Way too expensive for the end results I got. I have to go to another place to get them fixed now.

Went for a conceltation. And the young beautician was so sweet, kind,& got to the point! She was not confident in doing what I was wanting&honest about it not wanting to waste my time&money. She referred me to someone else who was more qualified in what I wanted&I appreciated that so much! Honesty is hard to come by these days especially when money is involved.. She was definitely a wonderful person& just for that I will always recommend this salon to anyone who is needing a beautician!! Thank you ladies!
