Insane that I even have to do this. I scheduled an appointment with Skinhouse last month. The front desk asked if i wanted to schedule another in a few weeks I said sure! “Am I going to get a reminder?” She said yes. Fast fwd to today 3/24/26 ..I receive a text saying i have an appointment today. Free cancellation or Modification before 2/10/26.
