Absolutely love this place the ladies are great and fun to be around and do wonderful work very friendly they like to joke around with you too they make you feel right at home and the BIGEST PART IT DIDNT EVEN HURT I told the ladies I lost sleep over my apt today thinking the worse for nothing lol I am telling everyone this is far the best place to go. The entire team at TBL is wonderful! I would say I love seeing them but electrolysis hurts but is worth every second!
Kate stole my money. I have the emails and audio recording that I can share with advocate groups and legal authorities and anyone who considers going to this organization. I will share my experience.. The organization that gave me a grant for electrolysis paid them $4,600 for 48 hours in December 2024. I did two sessions and I figured their treatment is not professional and I was lied to. Kate thought the grant was unlimited so she thought she can extend the fake treatment as long as she wishes. Super awesome, local woman owned business. Easy to book, and lasting results.
The business owner Kate is very nice, but I have to agree with other reviews that it feels like she is plucking the hairs rather than removing them effectively with electrolysis. I have had electrolysis successfully before, and the hairs do not tug that much. I am going to try a different electrolysis service provider. Again, the people are very nice, I'm just looking for results fast.
