I’ve seen Ryan in the past, and he has always done a great job with my son. Today, I misunderstood our appointment time and arrived later than scheduled. Instead of turning us away or saying they couldn’t make it work, Matthew stepped in and cut my son’s hair. Even more impressive, the customer who was scheduled next was polite and patient and allowed my son to squeeze in before him.
