Nathan is a wonderful VA realtor. He knows everything there is to know about a VA loan to make everything much smoother on us. He worked with us through not just one, but two houses, after the first house fell through. He even still helps us nearly a year after the fact. He is also a Christian man and works closely with his wife! They work for the church in areas growing people closer to God, as well as themselves. We will use him for any future home buying we may have in the area.
I can’t even find the words to describe how amazing it was to work with Mary for selling our home! This was the first home we ever sold and she was there every step of the way. Very responsive and she got us top dollar for our home. I ever so highly recommend The Beam Team for selling and buying as we are also using them in the purchase of our new home which is going great!
