Be very careful where you park at this building because I got towed. It is the first and only time in my life that has ever happened and when I did complain to the building they didn't care and I heard no response. Cost me $200 plus out of pocket to get my car back. Was particularly upset because I was there attending an event hosted at the location by one of its residents. Other than that, the community room has some fun events.
After 7 years in this building, I have some prudent and simple advice for potential buyers or renters. Spend time in DTSP, speak with locals regarding the building. Also, become familiar with and vet members of the HOA Board. They rarely change and have interesting backgrounds and qualifications. Then make your decision.
