The Beacon on 3rd has a loud noise coming from the main AC system. It is disturbing the entire block. It has been a problem for over a month. They keep saying it will be fixed shortly. Complete failure to get it resolved in timely manor.
Major noise from buidlings main AC system. Management has failed to have it resolved. Keep saying its going to be another week or two
The build has a large temporary AC system that is failing. Making a loud noise. They seem to be dragging their feet and refuse to fix the issue.
Poor management. Large AC system outside is making a horrible noise. They have been extremely slow in resolving the problem. Avoid!
Much improved building. Its a great location with great management and has been brought up to current standards.
