I have lived here for a year and renewed my lease. Honestly love the area, the staff is always super helpful with anything, only issue I’ve had is parking with my boyfriends car being towed & when my lease renewed it was my own fault for assuming the automatic rent payment would continue but it doesn’t and I didn’t get sent reminder emails or anything (no fault of theirs but incorporating that would be helpful). They break into the garage all the time if you want your car broken into then move here I got my airbag stolen while living here and management doesn’t do anything about it it recently was broken into it again

So I wanted to wait until moving out to give this review but I lived here for almost two years. Overall I think you’ll have a hard time finding places better than these apartments. The leasing office staff alone make it worth it, maintenance request are usually completed same day. The staff themselves up front are very professional, kind, and will work with you no matter the situation. Moved out over one month and almost 2 weeks now and still can’t have my deposit returned. Upon moving out there was no damage or money owed. The manage team is so unprofessional and there is no one to talk to or to solve your problems. Over 40 days and my deposit still can’t be returned. 5 more days I will be filing this in court. If I owed money they would quickly take me to court for it. Today I was told that I will have to wait 3 more weeks again which is unacceptable. I need my money!
