Pros and Cons on Living 2 yrs in this apartment - Lets start with Pros, first of all on our first year the apartment was amazing, has some few hiccups with appliances and random stuffs that get broken on our first 6 months but maintenance is great. -Amenities are good from the Gym, the Pool and the storage and space of the apartment is good, parking garage decent amount of space, and their activities even though i never really joined one🤣. -My level 3 neighbors are really nice. Update: FEELING LIKE HERDS OF ELEPHANTS LIVE ABOVE ME The flooring is pooring built. I can hear people above me walking, open/close doors, and all activities. I started to have a headache and can't wait to move out. I had to call a police because they were making a loud noise at 2 am. They were throwing stuff on the floor and yelling ------- I just moved in like a week ago. Overall, I think it's a great place to live. Seems very safe and in a quiet neighborhood. The only thing I dont like about my unit is that the flooring s... read more
The apartment is really nice and the staff has been very cordial in the year I've been here, maintenance requests are done very fast, nice location being very close to 495 and lots of stores around (including a Costco less than 5 min away). My only issue with the apartment is that the walls are very thin and the windows do not block street noise at all. If you can push yourself to try and ignore the outside noise (pretty hard living next to a fire station) then I would totally recommend.
