They break into the garage all the time if you want your car broken into then move here I got my airbag stolen while living here and management doesn’t do anything about it it recently was broken into it again
So I wanted to wait until moving out to give this review but I lived here for almost two years. Overall I think you’ll have a hard time finding places better than these apartments. The leasing office staff alone make it worth it, maintenance request are usually completed same day. The staff themselves up front are very professional, kind, and will work with you no matter the situation. Moved out over one month and almost 2 weeks now and still can’t have my deposit returned. Upon moving out there was no damage or money owed. The manage team is so unprofessional and there is no one to talk to or to solve your problems. Over 40 days and my deposit still can’t be returned. 5 more days I will be filing this in court. If I owed money they would quickly take me to court for it. Today I was told that I will have to wait 3 more weeks again which is unacceptable. I need my money!
Pros and Cons on Living 2 yrs in this apartment - Lets start with Pros, first of all on our first year the apartment was amazing, has some few hiccups with appliances and random stuffs that get broken on our first 6 months but maintenance is great. -Amenities are good from the Gym, the Pool and the storage and space of the apartment is good, parking garage decent amount of space, and their activities even though i never really joined one🤣. -My level 3 neighbors are really nice.
