The Beacon is a wonderful building. I have been living in downtown New Orleans for years and this is by far the best experience I have had. It has surpassed my expectations. The location could not be more convenient, amenities are top notch (no need for a gym membership), and the staff is second to none. Just moved in! Terri and the rest of the staff made this an extremely memorable experience! Awesome place to live and The Beacon staff is top notch! I'm new to New Orleans and I don't think I could have made a better decision in choosing a place to live! Thank you Beacon staff!
Can't wait to move in. I did my due diligence by looking at other apartments nearby, and hands down The Beacon was the best. Best location, best staff, best amenities, and best apartments inside and out. Last but not least, best view from apartments.
Haven't moved in yet, but so far the staff is very helpful and informative. They seem to always be going above and beyond to make moving into this new building a breeze. I know the building isn't totally completed, but everything so far looks amazing!! Very contemporary and sophisticated. Very much looking forward to moving into this incredible neighborhood.
