Katya and Zachary are the best! Been here for 5 months now and so far so great. Maintenance orders get done very fast, it’s a professional and clean place, fun events, everything seems to work & is in good condition. Every complex runs into its issues but this place really knows how to handle it from what I’ve seen.
The process for moving in has been so smooth. The tour was really nice! Zachary was very helpful and kind during this time and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. So far everything has been amazing! The pool is beautiful and feels so nice, especially during this heat advisory we’re in right now! Would definitely recommend to those looking to rent, living here at the Beacon Apartments. The apartments are well maintained and cleaned upon move-in. The staff are all courteous, friendly, and professional. The pool and fitness center are outstanding. And finally, everyone I've met who lives here is also polite and friendly, making living here an overall enjoyable experience.
Katya was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. I never felt like I was being sold anything, although the property certainly did that on its own. Lovely experience and lovely complex with beautiful amenities.
I took a tour with Katya. She was very friendly, super helpful and answered all of my questions. Great service & the complex is beautiful - I can’t wait to call it my home!
