This review is strictly about trying to secure a rental here and the move in process, specifically from the HOA. The move in process is an absolute headache. First of all the HOA, specifically Julian, is virtually unreachable. We emailed regarding an orientation with questions about move in on Thursday evening and recieved radio silence until Tuesday, which is normally fine but we were set to move in that friday and needed to coordinate with movers etc. we tried to call the HOA multiple times but the calls always went to voi... read more
Great place to live in SF! Pretty safe and well maintained neighborhood, close to delicious restaurants, cafes and parks. The concierges are all very nice. It's got huge terrace and swimming pool which is a big bonus. The homes are modern with great view of the city. They also have very active community events. If you're new to SF, it's a great place to make friends with your neighbors. There are two buildings in the Beacon - 250 and 260.
