College age group which throws parties near the penthouses up top. Not worth the money, we will be moving as soon as possible. Noise and loud music, drunk men and half naked girls through the halls on the weekends, floor 27 to 29 is Party Central. Management and staff does party with these college kids, to confirm a review from another resident below. RecommendedI love living at The Beacon! It’s so beautiful and convenient to commute to work. The staff is so great! I absolutely love my apartment and I’m very excited for the rooftop to open back up - the views of CLE are amazing here!
We absolutely LOVE living at The Beacon. It was the best choice we made. The staff is kind, accommodating, and makes us feel at home. The apartments are absolutely stunning the views are captivating and the space is plentiful. Not to mention, the best rooftop in Cleveland! We would stay here forever if we could ;)
The Beacon apartments are absolutely gorgeous, and the view is phenomenal. Let's not even talk about where The Beacon is situated! Okay lets! Right in the heart of downtown Cleveland. Everything at your fingertips literally outside of your front your door. Shopping, food, entertainment. Did I mention for you music buffs The House of Blues is across the street? How exciting. There is something for everyone at The Beacon.
