We stayed in unit 1, ground floor. Gate entry with no lock. Towels were stained, fridge shelves not wiped clean, microwave had finger/hand prints, toilet rims black, cushions not washed in a long while. Washing machine soap dispenser was filthy, mildew patches in ensuite shower. People upper level flicked cigarette butts on to lawn. We actually took before & after photos so if there is any deduction from credit card there will be huge recourse.
Stayed at this apartment... well where do I start. Room was dusty and mouldy. Couches weren't clean, we had to vacuum them. There were towels left in the washing machine that were cleaned from someone previously. Still wet. And we got charged the extra cleaning fee. What a joke!! Do yourselves a favour and avoid this place!! Never again
Unfortunately the cleanliness was disappointing. Only surface cleaning. Coffee ring on side table, dust under beds and floors and fridge not clean. Receptionist unfriendly but location great.
