Had a great stay coming out from the Lost Coast. The soaking bathtub was all you could want in that state. Loved that the hotel is pet friendly so our dog could stay no problem, and staff were super helpful/considerate of making sure we had everything we needed. Cassie at the front desk was a gem- she answered all our questions, got us situated in an immediately available room, shared local recs- we will keep this on our list of places to return to!
They failed to mention they have no AC in any of their rooms. They didn’t disclose this on their website or we wouldn’t have stayed here. The rooms are extremely hot and they don’t have screens over the doors to keep bugs from coming in so we can’t even open the patio door. Wouldn’t stay here again or recommend staying here
The service was great but the room smelled like body odor and the heater was broken.
