Basically a slum. The stairs are rusted out, doors have huge gaps around them that let out warm air in the winter and cool air in the summer, the roofs leak so severely that personal property is destroyed but they take no responsibility to fix the leaks or replace the destroyed property, the air conditioners don't work in the middle of summer when temperatures are close to 100 degrees, and management allows third party maintenance workers access to apartments without supervision or concent from Tennant's, leading to serious ... read more
