This is the BBQ joint of all BBQ joints. Absolutely phenomenal dining experience to say the least. I would change nothing at all about the food I ate. All gods people said "AMEN!"
I've eaten a lot of bbq around KC and for me, the BBQ Shack is among the best. I feel that you should love the flavor of the meat so much that you could eat it without sauce, and this place delivers! But, we love just a little bit of their spicy sweet sauce thrown on to accentuate the awesome smokiness.
