The folks here know how to prepare fantastic smoked meats. I was able to snag a pound of brisket on the way home to surprise my wife. We both really enjoyed our meals to the fullest! Next up, ribs... I would advise calling ahead. This is real BBQ. When it's gone, it's gone. (Until the next low&slow cook)
