I've called BBQ Depot 3 times today. I left my phone number. it's been 2 hours. If they can't answer the phone then they deserve to go out of business. Poor customer service.
Brought a expensive grill and accessories Oct 2016. Have a grill clean up due from these guys plus need some installation service and now they are out of business.
Although the staff seemed nice, they are telling me one lie after another. Tried to sell me a BBQ for $50 than what Walmart was charging. You want a good deal just go to Home Depot or Walmart.
