Just having stayed at this hotel the last week I can say the service I received from Melissa and the other staff were great. Having a previous hotel cancel on me with no notice I found this hotel and booked immediately and called to confirm and address the situation I was in also given a long flight/ transit. Upon arrival I was pleasantly told by Melissa at the counter a call had been made and I could head straight to my room and rest. Incredibly tidy, though slightly cramped rooms with mini fridge and kettle. Probably not suitable for long-term or extended stays, but perfect for a night or two. Beds were firm and comfortable with hi-top pillows and though the rooms are all close together, it was quiet and couldn't hear others in their rooms. Receptionist was an absolute gentleman, very kind and knowledgeable. Great location, everything in very close walkable distance with plenty of coffee shops and access to public transport
