John and Carole acted in a very professional manner and answered all of our questions along the way while also keeping us up-to-date on the many steps along the process. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend them to any future home sellers and/or buyers.

Carole and John were excellent throughout our home selling process. From our first meeting, Carole was incredible with her knowledge and recommendations. We were new to the home selling process and she made sure to walk us through every detail. She was always very responsive and extremely prompt, organized and detail-oriented with her communication from showings to the final closing. Can't say enough about working with John Bayer. We met him on a Sunday, and he advised us on how to structure our offer. We offered on Monday, and the seller accepted on Tuesday. John hooked us up with a lender, and we closed 14 days later. We wanted to do some renovations, and John put us in contact with a trusted carpenter. Could not have had a better, more efficient experience. Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! Thank you, John.
