Great place .. Food is tremendous service is spectacular !
Just our favorite!! The atmosphere is terrific, the service exceptional and the food is wonderful. Please try it. You will not be disappointed.
This place was absolutely amazing!!! Me and my girlfriends were down for the weekend from New York and we had the best meal! The place is gorgeous and we've never had service like this before. Our waitress Courtney was the SWEETEST!! There should be more people like her!!
Manager was terribly rude. Had reservations & the party was so large (17 people) they split us into two tables (which was completely understandable). One table was finished eating while the other table had yet to be served. We waited an additional 30 minutes & decided to leave. The manager was argumentative, told us they should have never taken our reservation & that they did nothing wrong. I go to this restaurant almost every time I am in FL but I am done with it. I will NEVER go back.
Manager needs a course in Hospitality! Terrible attitude. Try to point out our experience needed to ask for everything , including steak knifes which were slammed down on table, Had enough at that point. We were not there to be abused. There are many great restaurants in Naples when paying prime you except prime in everything!!
Worst meal ever had to ask for steak knife to cut steak wanted us to use butter knifes. Worst ever steak was rubber . Also told us if we did'nt like it we better make sure we pay. We just looked at one another and shock our heads my wife could have died. If my wife and friends were'nt there I would have turned over the table. My friend says you must be hidding the way you are speaking to us, he replied I will have all of you arrest.
