I visited The Bay Center in Victoria last December, and it was a lovely experience. The entire mall was beautifully decorated for the holidays, with a special area full of small Christmas trees, each uniquely decorated. I wasn’t sure if it was part of a contest or an exhibition, but it was very interesting and added a charming touch to the atmosphere.
