Not good nursing home. My Grandpa was there in 2007- 2008 until passed away. I don't like the care he received
Terrible place to work ( got anxiety from working there) and terrible place to put a loved one! Very incompetent! My mother fell hit her head, and they didn't do a damn thing!! Now she's in ICU. Good job Colonial Manor! 🤬🤬 I have seen replies on here from Colonial Manor calling patients/residents "customers". They are NOT customers THEY'RE PATIENTS/RESIDENTS, and you need to start treating them as such!! You need better trained staff also!!! 🤬🤬
I would rate this negative numbers if I could. This facility is terrible. Your loved one will be treated like a hindrance, that is IF they are attended to. They may even be hurt due to negligence due to incompetence and/or lack of staff. (As mine was) There are not enough nurses for the number of residents, especially on weekends or holidays. The staff is mostly rude and obviously don't enjoy their jobs. The lack of compassion and kindness is astounding seeing as they work with the sick and elderly. The food quilty is poor, ... read more
Ignore all of the positive reviews about this place. If you 100% care about the person who needs care, DO NOT SEND THEM HERE. My grandmother was admitted to this place recently from having Covid-19. She needed physical rehabilitation, not medical attention. They couldn’t even do that right. She got weaker from being there. They also couldn’t get her medicine correct. She would ask for her medicine and would be ignored. They weren’t even providing her with half of the pills she needed or the correct inhalers. The staff was ru... read more
