Latavia provided excellent customer service and had such a pleasant, welcoming energy. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind, and she answered every question with clarity and confidence. She truly made our day. We toured two different units, and both were clean, modern, and well-presented. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend living here, going to apply today!
I had an amazing experience working with Latavia throughout my leasing process. From start to finish, she was incredibly patient, professional, and responsive. If you have the opportunity to work with Latavia, you will be in excellent hands. She genuinely cares about residents and provides exceptional customer service.
Living here has been an excellent experience. The community manager, Michael is attentive, accommodating, and quick to resolve any issues that arise. When it comes to maintenance, Walter is highly responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. The property is consistently clean, well-maintained, and generally quiet. I also feel very safe living here and, overall, have had no complaints thus far.
I’ve been a resident here for 3 years, and I wouldn’t let the positive reviews mislead you. Many of them seem to come from people who either don’t live here or haven’t lived here long enough to experience the ongoing issues. The front office staff is friendly while you’re signing your lease, but after that, don’t expect much follow-through. Please don’t be fooled by this propertys aesthetic. Gates are broken constantly, elevator is broken regularly, and office staff is unorganized and rude. The hallways will sit with trash for days on the weekends. One of the lovely neighbors decided to sit a cake out in the hallway, where it sat for a few days before being picked up (picture attached).
