Ending my lease after 2 years... Have mostly loved living here but DO NOT MOVE INTO #6060... It's right below the penthouse clubhouse and is INCREDIBLY loud. There's no such thing as sleeping in on the weekends and even during the week the cleaners start cleaning around 9 a.m. and are very loud with their rolling carts and moving chairs around. Janelle Jones has been nothing short of amazing. Excellent personality, knowledgeable, welcoming and goes the extra mile to ensure effective communication. Always greeted with a smile and remembers your name. When we recently got the new locks I was nervous about the process. She volunteered to walk me through the process and even helped me setup the App. Kindness and efficiency is rare in customer relations today. Thank you Ms. Jones for ensuring that our experience is always top notch.
