This apartment is a fantastic place with great amenities, spacious floor plans, and a welcoming atmosphere. The community is well-maintained, and everything feels modern and comfortable. Ms. Janelle did an amazing job showing us around—she was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience seamless. Highly recommend!”
I’ve lived here for two years so I believe I can give a very honest review as my lease comes to an end. Pros: The location is amazing. Not too far from Atlanta, but can avoid the traffic and chaos that comes with living in the city. Kroger, Publix, Aldi, Sprouts, Walmart, and Dekalb farmers market are all nearby. Whole foods is in the same plaza as the apartment building and there’s plenty of food options nearby. Maintenance is spectacular. Sighhhh. Tbh I really loved The Baxter at first as an Emory grad student but now if I could give it 0 stars I fear I would. My biggest issue is the break ins happening in the garage, to which the leasing office has done absolutely nothing to correct. I honestly feel unsafe and am thinking about possibly breaking my lease. I had to call the leasing office once because some random guy was just walking around the enclosed parking lot? Where was security?? People also let their huge dogs pee in the elevator rooms and I mean it’s... read more
