This by far has been the best move I’ve ever experienced! I had the pleasure of working with Austin and he was nothing short of amazing! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and he went the extra mile to ensure everything worked out smoothly for me during my move! The convenience of this location is perfect and I will recommend to many others! Thanks so much Austin for the ease that you brought to this transition. I’d recommend Austin to anyone looking to find their new apartment home!
Janelle Jones has been nothing short of amazing. Excellent personality, knowledgeable, welcoming and goes the extra mile to ensure effective communication. Always greeted with a smile and remembers your name. When we recently got the new locks I was nervous about the process. She volunteered to walk me through the process and even helped me setup the App. Kindness and efficiency is rare in customer relations today. Thank you Ms. Jones for ensuring that our experience is always top notch.
Please don’t be fooled by this propertys aesthetic. Gates are broken constantly, elevator is broken regularly, and office staff is unorganized and rude. The hallways will sit with trash for days on the weekends. One of the lovely neighbors decided to sit a cake out in the hallway, where it sat for a few days before being picked up (picture attached). Janelle was so sweet and helpful, from the moment I walked in asking about the apartments she welcomed me with opened arms. Janelle really knows how to make someone feel like they have hope. Great customer service because of her I will be looking into moving into this community.
