We had a bathtub refinished in 2023 within a month it started to crack and peel. The owner told us the service technician that did the work was let go because of his previous interactions and faulty work. However, a month later we contacted them for the problems and we got the run around. We ended up PCS’ing so our property manager was attempting to handle the situation. Floyd had done several tubs for me with good results but the last one he just decided to rip me and my client off. The beautiful claw foot tub I paid Mr. Floyd $700 to refinish started cracking not longer after. Turns out the tech left a vinyl tub liner down and the finish was never applied to the tub surface. Mr Floyd came by and looked at it and refused to make things right. If he'll do this to me, a repeat customer, he'll do it to you.
