Great range of products, staff always willing to assist and go that extra mile
Travelled from Bunbury today determined to buy a bathroom vanity- was going to go home with one. At first it wasn't going to be possible to take it home but after some quick phone calls it was a done deal.. had to wait around a couple of hours as needing tap holes cut- but they kept me updated and when I arrived to pick up- the delivery people were fantastic. Terrible Customer Service Experience Visited this store and was extremely disappointed with the service from a salesperson named Shu Yu. She was rude, dismissive, and completely unengaged — no eye contact, no interest in helping us, and an attitude that made us feel like we were at a warehouse clearance, not a showroom.
