Overpriced and under experienced. Plumbing was a nightmare. Quality of tile install was the same. The more you look, the more you see. The subway tile is off and looks goofy. They missed a section of grout in some of our flooring and took several months for them to come back out to grout it… then they used black caulk instead of grout. Dallas Lundeby is a subcontractor of The Bathroom Company. He did a lot of the work on this house. There’s a 5 star review from him on here- don’t trust all of the 5 star reviews.
From start to finish, the team was amazing—super friendly, professional, and really knew their stuff. They helped us design the perfect space, and the final result is even better than we imagined! The quality of work is top-notch, and they paid attention to all the little details that make a big difference. Everything was done on time, and they kept the place tidy throughout the process (which was a huge plus!). If you're looking to upgrade your bathroom, I 100% recommend these guys.
