I rally thought that this organization was ideal. However with several successful purchases we fell into the black hole. We purchased an item that was on display and picked it up and brought it home. Arranged for a contractor to come and install it. Opened up the package as they wrapped it and found that there was an vital item broken and taped haphazardly to cover it up.
