Poor workmanship on our water softener by one of their technicians caused a leak that flooded our basement. The owner of the company was not willing to take full responsibility for the technician's mistake. He treated my wife and me rudely when we asked him to remedy the situation. We just had them do a renovation project of two full baths and a powder room. I loved the fact that they have a huge showroom with complete bathroom models. We got a quote from a general contractor and most of what they had to show us was in a catalog. I wanted to see the real thing. We worked with Bob, he came out to our home listened to what I had to say and picked out samples for us to look at. wonderful family business
Would at one time called for help after hour came to home said they could not snake pipe cause snake was to small but it would of worked to at least get it opened some but no instead charge me a 100 dollars for nothing then they called me cause I didn’t pay and said it wasn’t right next thing got a letter they sent it to a credit company I would like to say thank you I will not ever say anything good about your company and I will send you the 100 dollars since you must need it so bad so to all call around first beware of thi... read more
They have a very large selection, don't be intimidated by the prices, they have many affordable options but display the really nice stuff.
Absolutely horrible. I called for a quote and the employee was condescending and rude.

Just needed a toilet seat replacement. RJ was extremely efficient and helpful, including giving us a tip about how to install it properly. Glad they were open until 4 pm on a weekend so we didn't have to go to the big box.
